Dr. Lisa Zia is a board-certified pediatrician with more than a decade of experience caring for children in the high-acuity
Pediatric ER at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas. Well connected to the pediatric medical community, she brings both
expertise and trusted relationships to her work with families.
Originally from Southern California, Dr. Zia earned her degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of
Southern California, along with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from California State University, Northridge. She and her
husband, Dr. Rabbi Zia—also a pediatrician—met in medical school at Ross University and moved to Las Vegas to complete their
pediatric residencies at the University of Nevada.
A lifelong health enthusiast, Dr. Zia is passionate about being an advocate for children and families. She integrates wellness
with evidence-based practices, offering personalized pediatric care and direct access to support her patients’ health and
well-being. Families appreciate her dedication to confidentiality, trust, and compassionate partnership.
